'''Mawful Moles''' are a species of [[Monty Mole]] with [[Fawful]]-like attributes that exclusively appear in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]'' and its [[Nintendo 3DS]] remake, ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey]]''. In both of these games, Mawful Moles can be encountered as standard enemies throughout [[Blubble Lake]]. While [[Bowser]] can simply defeat Mawful Moles in the overworld by simply crushing them and earning some [[coin]]s in the process, [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] are able to engage them in battle. In addition to the standard Mawful Moles found throughout Blubble Lake, the Mawful Moles also have a stronger [[Metal Mawful Mole|metallic variant]] that can be encountered in [[Peach's Castle Garden]] later in the game.
