Like other patch enemies, Monty Mole Patches are found in blocks of yarn and are released once [[Yoshi]] unties them with his tongue. When a Monty Mole Patch is released, they behave as normal Monty Moles and attempt to chase Yoshi, but they can easily be defeated with a stomp.
